Quality Custom Exteriors is a licenced and fully insured business serving the regions of southern Ontario.
Owner James Ferretti has more than 20 years experience in exterior renovations and more than 10 years interior. He has worked and been trained with prominent local companies such as Royal Peaks Roofing in Brantford, and The Housecrafters in Waterdown.
James founded QCE in April of 2010 after the purchase of his first home. He continues to work in collaboration with The Housecrafters and Royal Peaks, and has a network of highly skilled craftsmen and women that are called upon for assistance when necessary.
A commitment to our customers and a respect we have for every home we work on are defining features of the QCE mantra. We offer our most prompt response to each customer while working with them throughout the entire process of customizing homes to their specific wishes.

James Ferretti
I am the owner of Quality Custom Exteriors, and I specialize in all exterior home improvements & renovations, with a crew of respectable &
dependable tradesmen. I was born into the trade & grew up helping, and eventually working for my parents’ business, The Housecrafters, in Waterdown ON. I was lucky to learn the trade from a young age; it has allowed me to perfect my craft, and develop expertise & master skills; as well as great connections and relationships with my clients, my preferred vendors, and my crew! I decided to venture out on my own, and start my business after buying my first home back in 2011…and that is how QCE was born! I am grateful to work with such amazing clients & professionals, and to be a part of my clients’ vision of creating a home that they are proud of & love – it is truly my passion!
Lincoln Aldebert
Lincoln is a valued member of the QCE, and has spent the last 2 and a half years learning from the Master & Owner, James Ferretti. His hard work,
attention to detail, professionalism, & positive attitude is a pleasure to have on every job, and is always reflected in all of the projects that James & Lincoln take on. He has a strong background in carpentry and isn’t a stranger to power tools heights! He always brings his A-game to the job, and we are honoured to have him as a key member part of the team.
